About Us

My passion for baking bread began when I was very young; baking and cooking with my Polish grandmother in her kitchen in College Point, NY. Gram taught me everything I needed to know about the kitchen but most of all she taught me that food was meant to be shared. We would make enough food to feed a small army, then we would go out and deliver it to all the neighbors. She would cook for everyone, even people she hardly knew. If she knew someone was sick, she would make them soup and I would run down the street and drop it off. 

I hope to reach many people with my bread, and in turn that they reach many people.

We are family owned and operated. When we bake we put our heart and soul into it. 

Made for you to enjoy and share amongst your friends and family as our good Lord intended. 

Remember, we were not meant to go through life alone. Break bread with someone.

Give our Einkorn bread a try it is very low in gluten, usually safe for those with gluten sensitivities (not for those with Celiac) and it is also higher in protein. One of the healthiest ancient grains one could consume. When freshly milled and baked promptly, it contains all its nutrients. 

If you have Celiac, I also make a gluten free loaf you will love. I have perfected it over the years after trying all the store brands, nothing compares to fresh homemade breads. 

I have been baking bread for many years and have tried many recipes and tweaked many of my own recipes until I have came up with the perfect balance for my challah, this is amazing for french toast... It's a must try
